Project 10 - Progressive Office Design:
This was my final semester-long, 5th-year project. The goal was to design a new office building for a large-scale organization that included both public and private spaces. The building is an investment in company's future and will become their signature building through both its visual presence and function. They are known for progressive construction techniques and championing future environmentally sustainable places of work.
For this project, I was given the creative freedom to come up with my own "client" to help drive the purpose of my designs. I chose to cater my design towards a cutting-edge motorsport technology organization and create a building that allows employees to work on high-performance vehicles in a controlled environment and perform their administrative duties, while also creating opportunities for public engagement.
I completed the modeling and drawing process in Revit, and the renderings were completed via Lumion. Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator were also used for postproduction purposes.
